1. Can I watch cricket from USA
or Canada?
- Yes! You can watch live cricket from anywhere from the world. Our feeds works in every country, there is no geographical boundary.
2. How do I buy a cricket package?
- Go to Subscribe Now section and select the package you wish to buy
- Click on the payment link and you will be taken to a secure payment processing page to make the payment
- Complete payment and wait for our conformation e-mail.
3. Where do I watch the match?
- Once you subscribe a package, you will receive your personal link(s) directly in e-mail. You will use your same personal link(s) during the event/series.
- You will also receive full instructions.
Note: Please note, we create each and every links manually after payment verification. So, it's not INSTANT. We encourage you to complete your order at least 1 hour before the match starts.
4. What is the quality of the stream?
- We offer different quality of stream. Our HD stream quality is about 1200 Kbps, SD stream quality is about 400 - 500Kbps and it's smooth and clear.
- There will be minimum or no buffering as we use Giga Uplink and powerful CDN servers with our streams
5. What are the requirements to watch the stream?
- You can watch the stream from almost any computer
- However, it is recommended to have latest versions of the following software
- Internet Explorer browser | Upgrade for free
- FireFox browser | download for free
- Windows media plug-in for FireFox | download for free
- Latest windows media player | download for free
- You may also want to turn off any firewalls for the duration of the match
6. Is my information private?
- The only piece of information we have is your email we will never share it
- We do not store your payment information; they are handled by our payment processor.
7.Can I share my login information?
- NO ! You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login details
- You may not redistribute or resell CricBox stream in any way
- Violation of above will result in an immediate ban without a refund
- Above policy is strictly enforced to ensure our paid members get the premium bandwidth that they paid for
8. Can I watch streams in two locations?
- You can watch the stream in two locations as long as you are the one accessing
- For example you are free to watch the match at both home and office
- However, you may not play the stream at two places simultaneously - This will auto lock your system
- If your account has been blocked because of this please contact us
